  • Payment Options

    Payment is due at the time that treatment is rendered. As a courtesy to our patients, we accept insurance assignment.

    Patients are responsible for the portion of payment not covered by their insurance company. For your convenience, our office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Interac direct payment.

  • Cancellation and Missed Appointments

    Many patients suffer a dental emergency and would appreciate any appointments that become available. To accommodate these patients, our office requires 24 hours notice for any missed appointments. Patients who miss multiple scheduled appointments without notification will not be scheduled for future appointments.
